Have you heard the one about the Russian college students who start a web company and set out to live the American Dream and change the world? Well, we're the Cleveland version of that. We've so far worked on over two hundred projects, developed an award-winning online ordering platform, became the interactive partner for over a dozen marketing companies, and graduated Case Western Reserve University with degrees in Computer Science, Management, and Mechanical Engineering (We drank a lot of coffee!).

We founded the company in the height of the dot-com bust aftermath. Why? It seemed like all of the companies going out of business lacked the cardinal rule of business: The customer is always right.

We decided to start a business where customer service isn't just a catchphrase, it's a mantra ingrained in the corporate culture. That means keeping our rates reasonable and keeping the technology cutting-edge so that we can understand your needs and help you reach your goals.

We didn't get to where we are alone. Our partners, advisors, employees, mentors, investors, and customers have given us the encouragement, feedback, and resources to keep increasing our capacity to serve our clients better. The baristas at Starbucks and Caribou Coffee helped too!
